The boys' divers had a great night at the Sectional Diving Competition on Tuesday night at West Clermont high School. Sophomore Peter Evans and Senior Carson Huxtable demonstrated remarkable performances that earned them a ticket to the next level of competition.

Peter Evans, a sophomore diver, displayed impressive skill and determination, securing the 14th position with a score of 268.80 points. His precise execution and graceful dives left spectators in awe, and his achievement earned him a well-deserved spot in the Southwest District Diving Championship.

Senior Carson Huxtable also showcased his prowess in the competition, finishing in the 22nd position with a score of 186.20 points. Despite facing stiff competition, Huxtable's dedication and perseverance paid off as he secured his advancement to the next stage of the championship.

As the Southwest District Diving Championship approaches, excitement is building for Centerville's diving enthusiasts. The championship, scheduled for next Tuesday February 13th at 6:00 pm at Miami University, promises to be an exhilarating event filled with outstanding displays of athleticism and skill.
